Alot HaShachar,
From Combat to Renewal

Alot HaShachar guides the healing journey of combat soldiers and combat teams, providing them with a professional, respectful and safe space to process their service experience and transition back into civilian life.

About the Program

A professional and human space for the transition from combat back to life.

Alot HaShachar provides a professional and respectful space for combat soldiers navigating the complex transition between the battlefield and civilian life.

Our approach is rooted in practical hope: even within the most difficult and destabilizing experiences, moments of growth, learning and renewal can emerge, when the process is guided with sensitivity, care and professionalism.

The journey allows teams who fought together to pause, breathe, process what they have been through, strengthen both personal and collective resilience, and gradually return to life with a renewed sense of stability, meaning and direction.

Our Impact Since 2023

Since its founding in 2023, Alot HaShachar has become one of the most meaningful responses for combat soldiers and combat teams seeking to process their service experience and return to life with strength, calm and resilience.

In 2024, 20 journeys were launched. In 2025, the program expanded to 40 journeys for soldiers who spent almost their entire service under fire. In 2026, around 60 therapeutic processing journeys are planned, with further significant growth planned for 2027.

Today, there is a three-year waiting list of combat soldiers who have heard about the unique impact of the program and are asking to take part in the journey.

Since the outbreak of the Iron Swords War, an urgent and growing need has emerged for professional support for combat soldiers returning from prolonged and intensive service.

Alot HaShachar operates precisely at this point, with a multidisciplinary team, hands-on experience in group processing journeys, and the ability to adapt each program to the needs of every team.

Our operational framework allows us to bring more and more groups through a safe, structured and meaningful journey.

The Journey Stages

Closing Meeting and Return to Routine

Your Donation Is Their Future

A donation to Alot HaShachar is much more than a donation. It is a direct investment in the mental health, resilience and future of those who fought to protect all of us.

Every donation enables another soldier, combat soldier or team to begin a meaningful journey of processing, connection and return to life. It is support that arrives exactly when it is needed most, helping turn pain, burden and silence into healing, resilience and renewal.
